Unused time does not roll over to the next month. Not on a care plan, or past your plan's time? Send the change anyway. Small jobs outside a plan are NZ$150 an hour, 30 minutes minimum. The time is estimated and agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
Your plan, your card, your receipts.
Care plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. Stripe emails you a receipt each time.
To change the card, move between monthly and yearly, change plan or stop, email us and we sort it and confirm in writing. A monthly plan runs for at least 3 months, counted from the first paid month. After that, cancel by email with 30 days' notice, and the plan ends at the end of the paid month in which the notice runs out. A yearly plan runs to the end of the paid year, with no refunds for unused months. No exit fee.
