Google profile and reviews, New Zealand

Found on the map, and trusted when they get there.

When someone nearby searches for what you do, your Google Business Profile is often the first thing they see, before your website. We tidy it up, keep it current if you want us to, and give you a simple way to ask every customer for a review.

How it starts

You stay the owner the whole way.

  1. 1

You add us as a manager

From your own Google account, in a couple of taps. We send you the steps. You stay the owner, and you can take us off any time.

  2. 2

We tidy it, you look it over

Hours, services, areas, categories, the description and photos from your own work, all checked against your website.

  3. 3

    Each month, you approve

With monthly care, every post and every reply to a review is drafted for you, and nothing goes up until you say yes.

Reviews

Ask everyone, the same way.

Most happy customers never leave a review, because nobody asked them, or asking took too long. The review kit fixes the asking: a QR card or a sign for the counter, the van or the site, a short link that is easy to text, and a message you can send after every job.

Every customer gets asked, not only the ones you think loved it. Google does not allow picking who gets asked, or a reward for a review, and it removes reviews that break its rules. A steady run of honest reviews, good and the odd bad one with a calm reply, reads as real to the next customer.

With monthly care, every new review gets a reply drafted for you to approve, so none sits there unanswered.

It is the box with your name, hours, phone number, photos and reviews that shows on Google Maps, and beside the search results when someone looks up a business like yours. It is free, and it belongs to you.
A one-off tidy-up is from NZ$149, and a review kit is from NZ$290. Keeping the profile current each month is from NZ$149 a month, with a 3 month minimum, then 30 days' notice. Marketing care puts Google Ads management, profile care, review requests, a monthly report and Essentials care for your website on one bill, with the ad budget paid by you straight to Google. It is on the Google Ads page.
No, never. You add us as a manager on your profile, from your own Google account, and you stay the owner. You can take us off any time, and the profile, its reviews and its history stay with you.
We make asking easy, and asking is what brings them in. The review kit gives you a QR card or a sign, a short link, and a text and an email to send. What we will not do is pay for reviews, offer a reward for one, write them, or only ask the customers we think are happy. Google does not allow any of that, and it removes reviews that break its rules.
With monthly care we draft a reply to each new review, and you approve it before it goes up. A bad review gets a calm, short reply that sticks to the facts, because the people reading it are your next customers, not the reviewer.
Only Google can remove a review, and only when it breaks Google’s rules, for example when it is fake, off topic or abusive. We can help you report one that does. A fair bad review stays up, and a good reply is the best answer to it.
Nobody can promise that, and be careful of anyone who does. Where you show depends mostly on how close the person searching is, how well your profile matches what they typed, and how well known the business is. A complete, current profile with steady reviews helps with the last two, and that is the part we look after.
Both are common. We set one up in your name, or help you claim the one that is already there, and sort out a duplicate with Google so there is one profile with all your reviews on it. Google may ask you to verify the business, by a video, a text or a postcard, and that part has to be you.
No, the profile works on its own. But a profile that links to a site with the same hours, services and phone number is more convincing to a customer who taps through. If you have no site, or one that disagrees with your profile, a free preview of a new home page is the place to start.
One next step

Tell us the name of the business.

And what you would like sorted. We look at the profile as it is now, and reply in writing with what we would change first and the price.
