“The best experience you could hope for from Nick, from his pro-active approach to us, to his ability to recreate our website using our details and photos is impressive. From start to finish our new website is active with minimal fuss from us. Absolutely recommend Nick and his company Five Stars for sure...”

The brief
Waiheke Shuttles runs group transport on Waiheke Island: meet and greet at the ferries, then door to door and venue to venue. We built a preview of a new home page and sent Rob Griffin the link. He said yes on 1 October 2026, and asked for a few changes to colours, pictures and wording before it went live.
The work
We rebuilt the site from what Rob already had: his own photos of the buses, the venues and the island, and his own details. His online booking form came across to the new site, set up the way his old one was, with custom addresses and am and pm times. His domain and his email stayed where they were. We redrew his logo clean from his own file and made a brand kit from it: the logo in six shapes, his colours and his type, with a one page guide.
Where it landed
The new site went live at waihekeshuttles.co.nz on 6 October 2026, five days after Rob said yes. It has been on our Essentials care plan since that day, and Rob left us a Google review the day after.
In the build
- Book now opens the business's booking system on the page, with a route map on step two
- A map of the island with both ferry terminals and the venues on the booking form
- Old addresses from the WordPress site redirect to the matching part of the new one
- A brand kit made with it: the logo set, colours, type and a one-page brand guide

His details, his photos, his booking form.
The site is built from what Rob already had: his own photos of the buses, the venues and the island, and his own details. The booking form his customers already used came across to the new site with it.
The same page on a phone.
The phone number sits in the header, and Book now and Get a quote are the first two buttons on the page.
