The brief
Give people on the Pohutukawa Coast and in east Auckland one place to find local work, and give local employers a way to put a job up that costs nothing and takes about a minute.
The work
Search leads the home page: what work, and where, with the coast, east Auckland or all of New Zealand as the choice. Posting a job is free, with a free sign-in first so the job stays yours to edit, then seven questions. Around the search sit the tools a job seeker actually uses: a CV builder, a cover letter writer and an application tracker, with sign-in for the parts that save your work.

Free on both sides.
No account is needed to search and read every ad. Posting a job and applying for one are free too, with a free sign-in first, so the job stays yours to edit and you can see who has applied. A local business answers seven questions, a person reads the job, and it goes on the board. Searches can widen to the whole country, and listings from elsewhere open on the site that listed them.
